1 tsp Fresh Thyme (chopped)
1 tsp Fresh Rosemary (chopped)

03 Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine Melted Butter, Fresh Parsley, Fresh Thyme, Fresh Rosemary, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Black Pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
Step 3
Pat the Pork Chops dry with paper towels. Heat Olive Oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the Pork Chops for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Step 7
Serve with your favorite side dishes, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
Cooking Tips
Use Fresh Herbs:
Fresh herbs like thyme, rosemary, and parsley enhance the flavor of the butter and pork. If using dried herbs, reduce the quantity to avoid overpowering the dish.
Rest the Meat:
After baking, allow the pork chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving. This helps redistribute the juices, ensuring a moist and tender chop.
Make It Extra Creamy:
For a richer sauce, you can add a tablespoon of heavy cream to the melted butter mixture before brushing it over the pork chops.
Food Pairing Suggestions
Side Dishes: Serve with creamy mashed potatoes or roasted sweet potatoes for a comforting meal. Roasted Brussels sprouts or steamed broccoli make for excellent vegetable sides.
Sauce:
A tangy apple or cranberry sauce will complement the richness of the pork and butter, adding a refreshing contrast.
Wine Pairing:
Pair this dish with a medium-bodied white wine like Chardonnay or a light red wine like Pinot Noir for a balanced meal experience.
