02 Ingredients

For the Marinade:

  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder

  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar

  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

  • ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper (adjust for heat preference)

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • ½ tsp Black Pepper

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice (optional)

    For the Ribs:

  • 1 rack Pork Ribs (about 2–3 lbs)

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil (for grilling)

    For the Spicy BBQ Sauce:

  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Hot Sauce (adjust for spice level)

  • 1 tbsp Honey (optional for sweetness)

    03 Method

    Step 1
Prepare the marinade by combining Chili Powder, Brown Sugar, Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, and Black Pepper in a bowl. Add Olive Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Lime Juice, mixing well to form a thick paste.

    Step 2
Rub the marinade all over the Pork Ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for maximum flavor.

    Step 3
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill with Olive Oil to prevent sticking.

    Step 4
Place the marinated Ribs on the grill and cook for about 2 hours, turning occasionally. Brush with Spicy BBQ Sauce during the last 30 minutes of grilling to enhance the flavor and create a caramelized glaze.

    Step 5
To make the Spicy BBQ Sauce, combine BBQ Sauce, Hot Sauce, and Honey in a small saucepan. Simmer over low heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Step 6
Once the Ribs are tender and have a crispy, caramelized outer layer, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

    Step 7
Cut the ribs into individual pieces and serve with extra Spicy BBQ Sauce on the side.
